At Nook Manila, all items are sourced on a pay-as-you-order basis and secured specifically for you once payment is confirmed.

Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

• Preference or expectation differences
  

• Delays caused by international logistics beyond our control
  

Exceptions

Returns or refunds will only be considered if:

• You receive an incorrect item, or
  

• Your item arrives significantly damaged
  

To be eligible for review, you must contact us via Instagram @nookmanila within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing:

• Clear photos or videos of the item
  

• Your order number
  

• A brief description of the issue
  

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

• All pay-as-you-order items
  

• Sale or promotional items
  

• Items without complete original packaging
